This Week's Program (June 23): End-of-Year Awards

Join us as we reflect on a remarkable year of service and leadership, honoring those who have gone above and beyond, including recipients of our Rotarian and Rookie of the Year, the Miller Math Award, and Perfect Attendance Awards.

Rotary Rave: June 27

Join us for the inaugural Rotary Rave on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 7:00–10:00 p.m. at Sideshow Spirits (1630 P St, Lincoln, NE 68508) for a free, intergenerational dance party unlike anything Rotary 14 has attempted before.

The concept is simple: we're taking a musical journey through the history of dance music. We'll start the evening with the sounds of the 1950s and work our way through the decades, ending with the modern electronic dance music (EDM) you'd hear at a contemporary rave.

No dance experience required. No knowledge of rave culture required. Just come ready to have fun.

What to expect:

  • Music from the 1950s through today
  • Pizza provided
  • Fun rave-inspired party favors
  • A cash bar available through Sideshow Spirits
  • Plenty of opportunities to dance, laugh, and enjoy the company of fellow Rotarians

What should I wear?
Raves are known for creative fashion, so we encourage you to wear something festive and fun. Maybe it's that neon golf shirt you bought for a tournament, a favorite outfit from decades past that still fits, or simply something hanging in your closet that never seems to have the right occasion.

There are no rules—just have fun with it.

Please RSVP so we can estimate pizza quantities:

That said, if you forget to RSVP, please come anyway. The event is completely free, there is no cover charge, and we'd love to see you there.

Guests are welcome! Feel free to bring a spouse, partner, friend, family member, or anyone else who might enjoy a fun night out.

We know Rotary Rave is a little unconventional. That's exactly why we're doing it. We wanted to create a fun, welcoming event where members, guests, and friends of all ages can connect, celebrate, and maybe even discover a few dance moves they forgot they had.

We hope you'll join us for a night that's sure to be memorable.

See you on the dance floor!

Rotary on the Road (June 30): Register Today!

Join us on June 30, 12-1 pm for Rotary on the Road at Bryan Health, a place with deep roots in Rotary 14. Our Club helped found what was once Lincoln General Hospital over a century ago. Come hear the story of how a community came together to build an institution that has served Lincoln for 100 years, and see firsthand what that legacy looks like today. This is not a regular Club meeting. Attendance will count as a makeup credit.
