Weekly Meeting Volunteers Needed

Rotary 14 relies on the time and talent of our members to keep our weekly meetings running smoothly. We’re working to have our volunteer list filled several weeks in advance and we need your help to make that happen!

Please consider signing up for one (or more!) of the following roles:

Weekly Volunteer Roles:

  • Greeters: Help direct people to do our meeting room and welcome members and guests as they arrive.
  • Check-in & Cashier: Take lunch payments and help guests check-in to the meeting.
  • Badges & Barcodes: Assist members with finding their name badges and scanning their barcodes for our attendance records.
  • Zoom Host – Help welcome our virtual guests and stream the meeting. A great volunteer opportunity for those who can't join us in-person.

Weekly meeting volunteers need to arrive on Tuesdays at 11:30am. Volunteers receive an additional makeup attendance credit!

To view available dates and sign up:

  • Go to www.rotary14.org
  • Scroll over "Weekly Meetings"
  • Select "Weekly Meeting Duties" from the Drop Down menu.
  • Click "Sign-up" by the date and position that you would like to volunteer for.

We’re also looking for additional members to join our Sergeant at Arms Team. This team of people rotates weeks fulfilling the duties involved the setting up and breaking down our meeting set-up (think: podium items, banners, badges, cashier supplies). Volunteers would need to arrive to the meeting at 11:20am and stay after the meeting for a few minutes to put things back into the storage closet.

To learn more or express interest, please contact our Sergeant at Arms, Ryan Wieber at info@rotary14.org.

Thank you for helping make Rotary 14 run strong week after week!

Now Accepting RSG 2026 Beneficiary Applicants

Rotary 14’s Rise.Shine.Give. is a morning celebration and fundraiser that highlights the power of community. We’re seeking a nonprofit partner to be the beneficiary of our 2026 event.

The 2025–26 Rotary International theme, “Unite for Good,” emphasizes the power of collaboration to build stronger, more equitable communities.

The focus for Rise.Shine.Give. this year is to support education-related nonprofits that help address local needs, with special consideration to organizations that have been impacted by reduced government funding. The funds can be used for specific projects or general operating expenses.

If you know of any organization that would be a good fit, please pass the application along to them: Rise.Shine.Give. 2026 Beneficiary Application

Deadline: Submit request by August 15, 2025. If you have questions contact Rotary 14 PGE Committee Chair Mitch Lee at info@rotary14.org.
