Rotary 14's 115th Anniversary

2025-2026 Membership Renewal

Dear Fellow Rotarians,

As we embark on our 115th year of service,  I want to thank you for being part of Rotary 14. Our club works because of members like you. You show up, give back and help shape a stronger community. You’re people of action.

I’m introducing a local theme for 2025-26, “You Belong Here.” We are focusing on growing membership, bringing in fresh perspectives and making sure every member feels connected and involved.

As we approach the end of the Rotary year (July 1 - June 30), it’s time to renew your membership with Rotary Club 14. In the next week, you will receive an invoice for your renewal. If you are a Corporate Member, the Partners Program Committee will be reaching out to those organizations shortly. Due to our continued commitment to broadcasting our meeting for your convenience and the use of quality AV at the Cornhusker, we’re introducing a $25 room and technology fee. This also helps us defray the cost of minimum lunches at the Cornhusker.

Invoices this year will reflect the annual rate of $460 + $25 room and technology fee. We strive to keep dues reasonable, while providing a high quality experience for all Rotarians. If you have any budget-related questions, please feel free to reach out to our leadership team.

As we conclude another remarkable Rotary year, I want to recognize President Erin Dobesh for her leadership and dedication to our club’s continued success. With her guidance, our membership continues to grow. We’ve hosted amazing programs. We continue to maintain over 40 committees, doing good work, from our corner of the world to many others.

I am looking forward to serving as your President for the 2025-2026 year. Beyond member engagement, I intend to innovate in a number of areas in the club with my amazing leadership team. And work with you to continue building the legacy of Club 14 — and President Erin’s Wine Down Wednesdays.

I couldn’t let an opportunity pass to please consider making an annual donation to one or both of our foundations — the Rotary 14 Foundation and the Rotary International (RI) Foundation — that support our Club’s service work. It is my intent to introduce reimagined community grants from our local foundation this year.

I look forward to seeing you all at my Inaugural Meeting on Tuesday, July 8th!

Randy Hawthorne
President-Elect
