 Colonel Erick Flanigan is the Deputy Chief of Staff to the USSTRATCOM commander at Offutt AFB. She brings to this position a wealth of experience in intelligence operations, having commanded a team that coordinated warfighting plans among theater commands and specializing in intelligence analysis for ballistic missiles and chemical and biological weapons.
After graduating from South Dakota State University in 1995 and obtaining an Air Force commission, Col. Flanigan served in many intelligence related assignments before taking command of the Global Analysis Center (USSTRATCOM) at Offutt AFB in 2005. While assigned at Offutt AFB she advanced her education by attending the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies at Maxwell AFB in 2009 and later the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch Germany as a Senior Fellow. Col. Flanigan later served in command positions at east coast bases for the US Transportation Command before coming back to Offutt AFB in 2020. Her assignment at Offutt AFB before becoming Depute Chief of Staff was Director of the Nuclear C3 Intelligence Enterprise. Among her many awards and honors are the NATO Medial, Joint Service Achievement Medal,
Meritorious Service Medal (with one oak leaf cluster), Defense Meritorious Medal (with one oak

On Tuesday, March 19th, we had the honor of having members of Maury Halstead's family join us for our weekly meeting - Monty & Tish Halstead and Scott Halstead. In Maury's meticulous and generous fashion, he charged his son Monty with following a formula to disperse money towards Rotary 14 Lincoln's mission after his passing. Monty presented our Club's Foundation with a $54,000 donation. 
At our meeting last Tuesday, Rotary 14 Member Jim Prange was recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow + 2 of The Rotary International Foundation. Jim was recognized by Terry Wittler and President Jess Kinser. We honor and thank Jim for his generous and ongoing support of Rotary International. .png)
