Rhonda J. Fuelberth is associate professor of choral music education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Glenn Korff School of Music where she serves as the Chair of Graduate Music Education. She earned her bachelor's degree in music education from Wayne State College in Nebraska, her master's degree in vocal performance from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, and her Ph.D. in music education from the University of Missouri -Kansas City, Conservatory of Music, where she received a Chancellor's Interdisciplinary Fellowship and a Distinguished Dissertation Fellowship.
 
An active member of the Music Educators National Conference and the American Choral Directors Association, Dr. Fuelberth previously served as President of the North Central region of the American Choral Directors Association, Repertoire and Resource Chair for Women's Choirs for the same, and as Past-President for the Nebraska Choral Directors Association.  Her music research has focused on singer response to conducting gesture, teacher training, and Universal Design for Learning as a model framework for inclusive music education. She has presented and published research at the state, regional, national, and international levels of the National Association for Music Education, the International Society for Music Education, the American Choral Directors Association, and the American Music Therapy Association. Her publications appear in the Bulletin for the Council for Research in Music Education, the International Journal of Research in Choral Singing, the Music Educators Journal, and the Southeastern Journal of Music Education.

January 24, 2023, Lincoln, NE. Recently, Matt Lehnert introduced our newest Rotarian Aaron Fenton. Aaron was sponsored by Angie Muhleisen.  Aaron Fenton is the Managing Broker and Partner of Concorde Management and Development, LLC. Aaron, a lifelong Lincoln resident, brings an abundance of community knowledge and business experience to our company. As a former Dietze Music store manager and president of Echo Productions, Inc., Aaron understands the needs of businesses and individuals in the Lincoln area and brings a wealth of community connections.

His demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, financial and organizational management and strong customer relationships help him provide well-crafted solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients. Aaron has been awarded with a Power Broker award from CoStar and was runner up in the Lincoln Journal Star’s Best of Lincoln Realtor category.

Saturday, February 11, 2023 | Doors Open at 9:30 a.m. | Program Begins at 10:30 a.m.

The Lincoln Rotary Club 14 would like to invite you to participate in our annual Rise.Shine.Give. fundraising event on Saturday, February 11, 2023. Fifty percent of the event proceeds will go to HopeSpoke. The remaining proceeds will help us increase future giving capacity to benefit the numerous community service organizations who apply for funds from our Lincoln Rotary Club 14 Foundation. Past recipients include the Gathering Place, Everett Elementary School, South of Downtown Neighborhood, Tabitha, Child Advocacy Center, Voices of Hope, Junior Achievement, and the Malone Center – to name just a few.

Click here to donate online to The Rotary Foundation (TRF) of Rotary International (RI). Our goal this year for both the Annual Fund and PolioPlus is $32,000. So far, we have met $14,524. We still need to raise $17,476.00. We need your help. Your donation comes back to us in three years in the form of Global and District grants to spend on our projects. Martha's Home Dedication
On Saturday, October 29, Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln, Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird and members of Lincoln Rotary Club 14, Lincoln Women of Today, Lincoln Quilting Guild and the REALTORS Association of Lincoln gathered to celebrate Martha's home dedication. What a special occasion! Lincoln Rotary Club 14 is proud to be a contributing member to this project.
 
Big shout out to Immediate Past President Christina Usher, who was instrumental in making Rotary part of Martha's home as the recipient of the proceeds from Rise.Shine.Give last year. Below is the video of Martha's Home Dedication.
