Rotary 14 will be joined by Shannon Harner, Executive Director of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA), and Charlie Wesche, Interim Chief Executive Officer of NeighborWorks Lincoln, for an informative presentation on Affordable Housing Developments in Lincoln from a government and non-government perspective.

Club 14’s Memorial day celebration is next week, May 21. This annual event is always well attended. This year we have music, many military guests, Capt. Mark Dreiling (USAF Ret.) as a speaker and we will honor the life and service of Marine Cpl. Daegen Page, USMC ( https://daeganpage.org/ ). Join us for this great celebration. Please send a note to Club Administrator, Lauren (info@Rotary14.org), by Thursday, May 16 if you are bringing a luncheon guest so we can plan the luncheon.

Last Tuesday, May 7, we welcomed back Larry Keiter as a new member of Rotary 14. Larry was sponsored by Art Knox and Roger Ludemann served as his reference. Larry is Owner of Larry Keiter Coaching.  If you did not get a chance at his introduction, please be sure to reach out and give him a warm welcome. We had the pleasure of welcoming Chancellor Rodney Bennett as our speaker for our May 7 weekly meeting. We presented him with an Honorary Membership to Rotary 14. We are grateful for the work that Chancellor Bennett is to serve the campus and our community.
