Everett School Project

Rotary #14 assists students and their families at Everett Elementary, one of Lincoln's most diverse schools, with the volunteer services and financial support. We meet regularly with the administration at the school to address their needs.

Thursday Lunches with Rotarians

Join the amazing students at Everett School for lunch on any Thursday when you have 20 minutes for some exciting interaction and find out what 3rd, 4th and 5th graders are thinking these days!

Rotarians will become a face for students and their families to meet as they learn about volunteer services and financial support of our own Rotary Club #14 for their great school.

Here’s how you, too, can have lunch with an Everett student – THREE EASY STEPS!

  1. Complete the LPS volunteer application. Download that here. (You will receive notification from the school when your information is “approved.”)
  2. You may eat lunch any THURSDAY between the hours of 11:50 am – 1 pm
  3. Bring your own lunch, and you are good to go!

Everett Elementary is located at 1123 C Street.  When you go to lunch, use the north door, sign in,  get your ID confirmed, and head to the gymnasium.  That is all there is to it!! Every Thursday for the rest of the school year, you have the opportunity to get to know the children and find out more about Everett Elementary. Remember to bring your sack lunch and maybe some cookies to share or trade!!
